Luxury Real Estate Miami Beach is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Miami, FL
Seeking a creative marketing manager to elevate our brand from luxury to ultra luxury. Looking for an individual who has a keen eye that will be responsible to create and implement a marketing strategy that focuses on growing our business with Ultra High Net Worth Families and the most expensive properties / estates in South Florida. We are focused implementing effective digital and print campaigns. You be tasked with managing social medias, property websites, print campaigns, digital presence etc. We are looking for a creative, idea driven individual with a track record of success in the Ultra Luxury real estate field with a in-depth knowledge of ultra luxury brands (Ferrari vs Bugatti | Mercedes vs Rolls Royce).
Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate team brand / image
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC and social media advertising
- Manage and create content for marketing materials, websites, and social media channels
- Design new material for listings and presentations for clientele
- Manage and write team blog, monthly e-blast and newsletter campaigns
Skills: To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools (SEO, PPC, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- In-depth knowledge of ultra luxury brands
- Experience building websites through WordPress
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
